Service Department was great. However, the department responsible for scheduling appointments was disappointing. We scheduled a service and AutoButler appt and received email confirmation. Despite such, the actual AutoButler appt was never booked and this never completed requiring an additional appt.
My Service Advisor kept me updated about the status of my vehicle. He was friendly and professional. Despite the long wait, which was due to the diagnostic and other services performed on my vehicle, I have no complaints. I especially appreciated that my car looked brand new when I received it [it appeared that my car had been washed sometime during the service].
Overall. I had a great experience.

The issue that I took my vehicle in for wasn’t entirely resolved. Now I’ve spent money and have to bring my vehicle back in.
The prices do not have to be as high as they are at the service location.
