I made a diagnostics appointment for my Nissan Quest.
I was told during scheduling that appointments like this takes less than a hour,,
After my 3 1/2 hour wait, it was explained that I would need a $1500 part to fix my problem plus labor? During this time I quickly Googled the exact part and found many listings for a average of $450. I showed this to your salesperson,,,, he was embarrassed by my findings. So I left with a unfixed car,,,Also a recall was found for my car. I said no! The mechanic still tried to address it! Wanted the $ for the shop.. even after saying no several times..the mechanic also said it would be a additional two hour wait,,,,,a total of 5 hours in the waiting room! I refused,,, a your sales person actually ran to stop the mechanic….so again I waited 31/2 hours….car not fixed…horrible service! Horrible day!
Tarell was very understanding and asked questions when I brought car into the service area. I appreciated the communication while car was being serviced. I was disappointed when I came to pick up the car. I did not know where to get car but figured it out. I was surprised that the car wasn’t given a courtesy wash while in the service center
You told us our appt was at 7 and she said 4-5 hours. This is the second time you have had my car for over 8 hours this time it was 9 hours. This is very inconvenient because my son needed to be somewhere and you still had the car! Also the car has a dead bug smear on the windshield and hood when you got the car. I was told it would be washed before putting auto Butler on. I get car back with the same bugs still on it not cleaned! Then you said 1 1/2 hours for an oil chg that was scheduled ahead when I made the appointment for auto butler that turned into being 4 hours! You don’t inform a person of this terrible service you just want customers to purchase packages through your company! One unhappy customer!!!
Missed Rob Courtial as service care. Always knew he didn’t have anything not necessary so car taken care of and kept my expenses as low as possible. One service I-missed was leaving with a freshly washed vehicle.
Didn’t see anyone in dealership that I knew. No one else even recognized me as I waited in showroom.

We didn’t have a appointment today.Are appointment was last week.
Had to brang vehicle back next day for oil change wanted serviced the day before I had brought in for a Audi Butler. But didn't happen And when vehicle was done he told me my vehicle was ready didn't explain if anything was wrong just handed papers to me and said have a nice day.
The service department is top notch ! I was well taken care of. And they talked in terms i could understand
