I bought the car two months ago I’ve only put about 2500 miles on it paid $23,000 for it my brakes are squealing I took it in they said the noise is normal if you want us to figure out what the noises we have to charge you for it I don’t feel like I should have to pay for something that wrong with a car I just bought and haven’t even put 3000 miles on it
Chris was my service rep. who took care of me. He explained everything to me to my understanding and made sure I was taken care of properly. Thank so much for everything.
The service rep Chris Dunn expressed a behavior that seemed bias. Never had anyone asked me to present my Identification card to identify me as the owner of my debit card. I have never had that experience for the 2 years + I stared servicing my car there either. He treated me like I stole somebody’s and was going to use it to pay bills. I wondered why he did not ask for my ID before taking my car. That was so unbelievable.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service. My car was scheduled to have the tires rotated and it said on the sheet I received back from the service dept.that it did but I know for a fact they did not because before we took it my husband checked the back wheels because they had marks on them and when we left the dealership we checked and they had not been changed. So now I am even questioning if you even changed the oil. I am very disappointed in this service. I am getting ready to purchase a new car but I highly doubt it is going to be here again. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with the dealership and then making promises to me
When someone has a scheduled appointment- that scheduled time should be held for that car. It shouldn’t have taken 3 days to complete the service campaign work that should have taken tops 4 hours! It also shouldn’t have taken a week to receive this questionnaire!!
So far all I have experienced at Auffenberg has been good.
Check in was fast. Estimate of service time was accurate. Chris was very polite.
