My service manager was fine, waiting was fine. However, whoever did the actual labor on my vehicle gets an F for work done. Yesterday my son noticed that the front bumper piece was not put back on correctly. There is a 1/2 inch gap on the passenger side of vehicle. If this front piece had come lose on the interstate during my return home...well, I'm sure you can imagine the possible dire consequences. My son is going to look at fixing it today. If he cant--which he should not have to--I am leaving town for a week (thankfully we are taking their vehicle), I will be in contact with your dealership upon my return. Brenda T

The service guys were pleasant and knowledgeable for my visit. They gave a brief explanation as to the length of time of service. My car service was completed 1 hour ahead if time. I am greatly appreciative of the time and the butler service given to my Nissan Rogue.

I purchased a 2021 Nissan Kicks on the 19th of June (for my daughters birthday) and it’s been in the shop since it was purchased….(The check engine light stays on) …. The oxygen sensor was replaced and it’s still on…. Frustrated

I was very happy to find out that the issue with my car was an issue covered by an extended warranty issued by Nissan. I'm extremely grateful that the staff at Auffenberg took the time to check into this before hand saving me from a huge repair bill. It's another reason why I'll consider Auffenberg with future automobile purchases.
