Very poor communication between customer and representative. I had a 7:20 appointment fir just an oil change. I sent a text message at 1 with no response. I called the dealership number and spoke to call center which could not put me through to the service center. She told me that she called them and there was no answer but she left a message to call me and that I should hear from them in a couple of hours. Around 2 I got a message and a phone call that the car was ready. Seven hours to do an oil change seems a little excessive. I am not sure when my car actually got done and if I had not called in the afternoon I’m not sure when I would have been notified.
