Had the Auto Butler service today. The service tech Terrel wrote done that he saw 4 bings on the car. I signed off on that. I knew they were there. Then when the car comes back there are 50 to 75 chips on the car. Terrel thought it was from bugs. He said he would talk to the service manager. The Service Manager was at lunch so I left and came back and hour later. He said the chips were made from gravel. My question is if the service tech and I didn’t see them when the car left the station how did they get there? It would be hard to miss since they are on the hood, fender and a couple on the side of car.)
