I came in for auto butler and I was very disappointed with the results. It looks like I could have done a better job at the local car wash. I guess you should inspect the car when it comes back and make standards much higher than just handing me my key and saying thanks for the free carwash which didn't impress me at all

VCP said that all of my tire pressure was 32 PSI. My passenger side rear tire was at 27 PSI when I brought it in and was at 27 when I picked it up. Makes me think that whole thing is just pencil whipped and can't be trusted. Just another way to suggest a service to entice the customer into spending more money.
