Apparently, I needed fluid replacements but, it was never brought to my attention. When I returned home, I tried calling back numerous times. No one answered. Had an operator send an email to service for me requesting a call back again. Never did receive a return call. Didn’t seem like very good customer service.

I was accused of hitting something in my brand new vehicle after the tech said my wheels were bent and that I needed two wheel at almost 1300$..
Chris was very kind and personable when dropping off and picking up my car. He walked me through all the paper work and even gave me some heads up for next maintenance and what to expect. Overall it was a good experience! I’m used to minimal contact with service technicians but this was a pleasant surprise, especially in the unknown times. My car was done quickly and runs like a charm! Thanks Auffenberg’

It was long but I had several things done. Everyone was very courteous.
It was not communicated to me that my vehicle will not be ready when I was expecting to pick it up on the following day but customer service corrected the problem and gave me a rental car everything else went fine

When I made the appointment the lady who scheduled me told me that it would take under 30 minutes so I came on my lunch break and it ended up being an hour and half before I got my car back. Therefore I was late for work and had to take leave because of how long I was gone.
Everything was good except....under my radio it did not get cleaned. Everything was out of there except a pen and a small bottle of sanitizer but it was not cleaned.

I own a Leaf. Only upon my arrival did I learn that all Leaf-qualified techs only worked during the week. Had my scheduling rep made me aware of this, I would have set up a week day appointment. Your scheduling rep (upon further reflection) didn’t even know that a Leaf is an EV. Had to explain that to her.
I got a nail in my tire coming to get my Nissan pathfinder in my car and you clowns told me there's no way to help me because techs didn't have time it was 3.40 pm thank for carrying ???? I spent 54000 dollars + had every service done at this place and you guys could even help me get back on the road you guys told me to go somewhere else like Dobbs or else where there's no wonder you're sales are in the Tank thanks I won't be buying a new Nissan at this place signed Greg Grotefendt
