Original problem was fixed of flat tire was fixed. Turned on my car on the lot and now I have a key fob error which requires another appointment. So, no I'm not happy.

Everyone went above and beyond helping me get my truck serviced. I needed to drop off my truck two days early and had to pick it up late. There were no issues. I really appreciate everyone’s help.

Unfortunately a 10 year old Juke is going to have issues, $1800 is too much for the work. I got a much better price at Meineke. Thanks for the diagnosis.

The only complaint was that normally when they rotate my tires they reset my tire maintenance tracker in the car and this time it wasn’t. Not a big deal but made me question if they had really rotated my tires.

I came I for an oil change with 14,494 miles on my car and was not advised of any of the needed services that should be done at 15,000 miles. I feel that a great service department would makes sure that you’re customer had a choice of being taken care of at this point since they are so close to 15,000 miles rather 500 miles later. I had to ask the service technician when was the maintenance due on my car as I was leaving from the counter, and what was due to be serviced. I was told to changed my oil every 7500 miles by a previous technician, but this technician told me to change it every 5000 miles. Which answer is correct?

I had a screw stuck in my tire. They got me in right away, and got it taken care of. The service staff was absolutely great! So nice and professional I've been a customer of Auffenberg for 20 years, and they've never done me wrong. I recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks guys!

An oil change was performed though I had not requested one. Had I not requested why the bill was so high it would not have been caught that the oil change had been performed. The service rep deducted the charge for the oil change, BUT an unauthorized performance of service is not good customer service.
