Everything was fine. I came up there to drop my car off Tuesday evening around 5:00, I just wanted to say thank you to a young man Dark hair wearing a silver necklace he was moving cars around I didn’t know where I was going but he helped me and drove around the building looking for because I had moved my car very thoughtful to help me.
My car had a recall fixed along with an oil change and tire rotation. No one ever discussed with me what was done to my car to fix the recall. I feel like I was just pushed out of there to accommodate the next customer. Also, in my multi point inspection form I do not completely understand it. A lot of the boxes I believe are marked “fail” I am unsure because it is supposed to be color coordinated but the packet I received was in black and white. No one went over this with me either. If someone could please review my vehicles last diagnostic service and call or text me back I’d appreciate it. Thank you

Suv looks Great! Only complaint is when you live an hour away and have to wait 5 hours is not really convenient.
After a tire rotation, my vehicle was pulling to the right.
