Tech said he filled washer fluid We left and warning went off Tried to call dealer only to get stuck in your stupid phone system Had to drive back to dealer and guy filled our washer fluid with almost a whole container The guy said tech said he filled it Wondering if oil was even changed Guess with today’s employment challenge you get what you get Not sure if I’m returning to dealer for next car

Chris was great! I thought my appointment was this week, but it was actually for next Thursday. He was able to fit me in for an oil change and tire rotation. Even with fitting me in, service was super quick!

Thanks. My wife and I go to Auffenberg Nissan often for service-unless they're booked. They've always been good to us thus far. Our advisor Tarrell, is personable and makes our visit comfortable, and less stressful.

I had a scheduled auto Butler appointment for 7:00 AM and a tire rotation with oil change scheduled for 8:20 on 8/26. I did not get my car back until after 4:30. This is two times in a row that simple service is taking way too long. If I cannot get better service I will more than likely sell my car to get a car were service appointments are handled in a much more efficient/timely manner.

Very hard sell on supplemental warranty, I had to decline it no less than six times and I was very clear each time.

Very disappointed, my car was there for 7 hours an it looked the same as when I picked it up so what was the purpose of me paying a $1000 for my car to sit an not be touched?
