Chris O., Alex were all very helpful. Service department top notch. Alex left us with the impression that he will help us get into the perfect car once this other item is fixed. We’re looking into Lemon Law from a previous purchase and nobody could really help us, I get why. But we do love Nissan (15 years & 5 brand new cars later) and love Auffenberg. May be getting a Mazda the next time around. Thanks, customer service is on point.
It was my first visit with the service center and I was very pleased with the service l received.
I thought they would vacuum the floor mats with the car wish but I guess I thought wrong
