My car was towed to service
The advisor told me they would look at my car on Saturday it was probably a dead battery and they would call me
I did not get a call I left 2 voicemails and a text to service and the advisor
I called the reservation person and she said they were gone for the day on Saturday. I asked to be called. The reservation person was argumentative regarding a request for a call but agreed to give them a message
On Monday I left another voicemail to be called regarding what was the issue with the car. I heard nothing. Later around 6 pm I got a text that my car was ready. I asked once again responding to the text to be called regarding the car’s issue but I heard nothing. The girl I called on the night I called regarding having the car towed there was also rude and uncaring. But made a reservation on Wednesday this was a Friday night
I picked up the car after work on Tuesday
They told me the cost so I had to ask again what was wrong
They told me. I paid them and left
I was disappointed at the service department
I have been going there since I purchased the new car at that dealership for almost 5 years now
I have always had feedback on my vehicle with issues and a call from the advisor
I have to reevaluate if I really want to continue bringing my vehicle there!
Very disappointed at the lack of communication and the reservation people were not very nice. I try to be open minded about situations. I am not sure that customer satisfaction is being met. I am satisfied my car is fixed and it was not a major issue
Chris took great care of us. The service Dept got us in the same day our vehicle broke down and had it fixed and ready to go early the next day. I’m definitely bringing our vehicle back for any service or repairs we may need in the future. Great work!
I just love how polite and helpful all the service department and customer service department is. The lady who made my appointment was awesome. The guys who take care of you when you drop your car off always make sure all vehicle needs and concerns are taken care of. A+++ all the way

I will say that the notes weren't covered when I checked out so I noted the wiper blades needed changed after I left. I should have a free pair waiting from a prior survey I did (the mgr told me he was giving a pair). Secondly, I asked if the tired were all now the same pressure and was told yes. That was a no. The same route is still 2 pounds lower than the rest. I prefer a I don't know to a wrong answer. But service should just do these things with 10/20/30k maintenance.

I would however appreciate it if you get rid of your mask policy as it is completely unscientific and is actually harmful to breathe in your own carbon dioxide. Furthermore, deadly bacteria accumulates on the mask causing further harm. Let's use common sense. Your employees live in what is supposed to be America not a dictatorship.

I had 7:40 am appointment for oil change. Got there before 7:30. Car wasn’t done until 9:00 am. Why would it take so long?

Chris and whoever performed the repairs took good care of me and my Altima. Will definitely continue bringing my car here for anything it needs.
