I ask them to do one thing and that was to check gas and see what was wrong with it and they do the whole opposite of what I asked.

Chris O service adviser was very accommodating upon my arrival and provided excellent overview of details related to my vehicle. He was polite and courteous. Look forward to bringing my Infiniti QX50 in for next scheduled service. Service Technician completed work in a timely manner and it was done correctly.

I was somewhat disappointed when I arrived that I was not in the system for the oil change and tire rotation. I regret not getting the young man’s name when I scheduled the appointment.
