While overall I am satisfied with how I was treated and serviced, one of the minor issues I brought the vehicle back for was a power socket. I personally checked it’s using several brand new cords and devices to determine that it’s inoperable, yet the service report claims that it does work and that I should try new cords and devices (already done). Because it’s a minor issue on an old vehicle, I’m not so disappointed in the issue not being resolved as I am that the report is false. The more major issue of a few tire pressure sensors being faulty was taken care of at no charge, being a recent purchase. To that I humbly respect the Auffenberg group for stepping up. I’m basing my next car purchase on this experience.

I told them when i set up an appointment that my brakes were acting up. The service representative said that there was nothing wrong with them and the car was there all day. I signed a warranty paper to release the car to me. Upon release, he handed me a stack of papers and didn’t say anything about it. I assumed it was just the work they did. In the papers it says brakes need service, tires need service, and a whole list of other stuff. I would of gladly paid for some service and scheduled more appointments with them to have my car all fixed to where it needs to be. Now I’m going to a mom and pop shop where it will be cheaper and can help out the community.

Brittin handled my transmission replacement issue all within 24 hours start to finish. Which included talking and negotiating with my insurance company to get them on the same page. Brittin handled it all like a true boss! Thanks bro!
