They didn't put a sticker in the window showing next oil change is due. The back up camera is not working

We were not notified that our car was completed. Service rep said they called 5 times but no call was received on the number on file. 24 hours later we received multiple texts that the car was complete. There is a flaw in the system. Also do not put a service reps name in the email if they are not the real contact. Finally going through the reservation line to talk to service is crazy. There should be a dedicated service line.
The exterior looked fantastic. The windows were awesome, so nice to not have to clean them. Service area was also great.

I waited for 2 hours with an appointment for a mega-mile oil change and tire rotation. First I was told that I couldn’t use the tire rotation coupon because the oil change that I’ve been receiving for 6 years is a coupon item. After the long wait I was told that a tire rotation couldn’t be done because it had gotten late and it was only one technician working and he had to leave soon. Later I was told that my total due was $72 for a mega-mile oil change and air filter replacement. When I explained how much I normally pay for an oil change the service desk woman took out her phone and did calculations and taxes of her own. So , no I was not satisfied after she continued to try to suggest I do a/c work on October 1st
