Remind the servicemen that good customer service is very important. Upon my arrival the servicemen came off as rude. I sat in my car for a minute or two while all three of them kept their heads down as if they didn't notice that I was there. I decided to get out of my car and walked over to the desk to make them aware of my presence. One of them said " someone will be with you in a minute." I was on time for my appointment and would not have mind the wait had they simply acknowledged me when I drove in with a courtesy greeting. This is the first time this has happened. Usually the staff is friendly and courteous. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

I got off work at 8:40am and came in earlier than my appointment time but turned out they gave me my oil change sooner than expected anyway. I appreciate that because I was extra tired that day from doing yard work the day before so I was able to get home and get some needed sleep. Thanks

My headlamp on recall is not available yet and we can hardly see at night with the current headlamp. I think it is a driving hazard and that Nissan should make it a high priority!!

The staff was great!!! I wasn’t happy with the conclusion and especially the price. I was given the estimate on what it would cost to repair the rust problem. It seems like I could have been given the option of maybe just fixing the place that is causing the noise. Then I could work on getting the money to fix everything
