Was originally quoted 00 $170 to diagnose the car and ended up being triple the amount and I didn't get my original parts back that were new under warranty and now I'm scared to drive the car home
Before I leave this parking lot the airbag light is still on. Tarell said that nobody including the manager is here right now. Why is the light still on and blinking? Tarell took a picture to show you. I didn't pay $1526.84 to leave with lights still on the dashboard. This is unacceptable as well as not having someone or at least a supervisor here for assistance. I told u when I drop the car off the airbag light was on. I thought is why you said the tune up needed to be done. If that's not the case then u just charged me $795.04 for spark plugs that didn't need to be done since they were changed out less than a year ago. I will call you on Monday to find out exactly what you are going to do. Thank you, Sabrina
Britton was great went through the recommend service with me, listened to what I thought needed to be done to my car, and got me taken care of right away. The work on my car was done in less than an hour, I couldn’t have been happier!

Happy with the work from Auffenberg. Very disappointed Nissan did not honor the CVT extension because I bought the car in Guam.

Appreciate Auffernberg trying to help off set some of Nissan’s qualities woes, but not impressed with Nissan at all. Again Nissan company not this dealer.

NOT a issue with Auffenberg Nissan. My issue is with Nissan Corporation or their Credit (Reward) Department. Auffenberg Nissan were outstanding and did what they could to assist.
