I had appointment for 7 am . Dropped car off the night before to make sure they had it early and I could get car back before noon so I could go to base to get my husbands medicine. He has cancer has to have it. In the morning I received saying we will tell you when car is ready before 4:30. I texted them back explaining I needed car earlier and why. Then Chris called to explain there maybe be a problem with the transmission and there may not won’t know til they checked it. So I could get my car At 1:00 and reschedule to let them check or leave it there and let them finish. I didn’t feel good not knowing if there was a problem. I ask them to keep it and fix it. I was upset b set early but appreciated them calling to explain the truth and situation and giving me the choice to decide. So it went from a NO to a yes I was satisfied in the end!

I actually had to make an emergent trip to Meineke on the way home from my kid’s school because something wasn’t right. The brakes were worn down so badly they had to replace my brakes and rotors. I remember asking about the sound my brakes made when stopping during a test drive and was told that Nissan brakes were just noisy. I’ll probably never buy a Nissan again and will never be returning to this dealership.
