I was very disappointed by having to spend a total of 1100 I had to find a way back to work. Not to offer a service to get me back to work is very bad customer service. I know a porter is not that expensive. Just didn't like that.

I’m from Springfield and it’s $30 lower and they accommodate guests with free concessions. This was a huge shift!
