Service was excellent it’s the design flaw of the 2021 Nissan Rogue. Rear braking way to sensitive. Bulletin ntb21-114 Can’t even back out of my driveway without the damn thing braking. Wish I knew this before I purchased!

Horrible service ???? My appointment for an oil and filter change and auto butler was at 10 AM. I received a text at 3 PM stating that they were taking care of the car and would contact me when the car was ready. My husband called at 4 PM and was on hold forever so he left a message. We'll now it's 5PM and no one has called. So I called 'Dakota' at 5: 15 and he stated that he called but I had no missed calls, no recent calls and no voice messages from Nissan. At 10AM and 3PM I received text messages - why did he not text me? So I asked 'Dakota' if the car was ready and he stated yes. At this time it was 5:20. Next I received a text at 5:30 stating to please wait 10-15 minutes while he finished the paperwork. Got to the dealership at 5:50 and the service department was closed. According to the sign on the door their hours are 9-6. So I had to pick up my car the following day. This is unacceptable ????.

The cost of the repair, estimated at $2000.00, which seems overpriced, is problematic. No relatively minor part should cost in excess of $1100.00. While our Murano has been the best, most reliable vehicle we have owned in 50 years, we are considering our repair options and probably will choose not to pay the cost to replace the sensor at your dealership. The staff was pleasant, friendly and professional.
