I was very pleased with the service I received but was told the oil leak I had was due to a bad oil plug gasket. This is the second time I’ve had this problem, once with my Murano and now with my Maxima. Recommend the service manager thoroughly inspect the quality of the oil drain plug gaskets they use. I’ve had oil leaks on my last two oil changes due to a defective oil plug gasket( one on my Murano in Nov and now on my Maxima in March). Luckily I caught the oil leak problem in both cases before the oil levels got low enough to damage the engines. I appreciate the prompt corrective actions the service department took to fix the leaks. Thanks

I paid for a tire rotation. One of my tires was missing a hubcap and it is still in the same place. Unless you only rotated the three other tires and didn’t tell me, it appears like the tire rotation wasn’t done. Other than that the place was nice
