Auffenberg Nissan Auto Repair Service

I was not happy at all with my service. My car was scheduled to be seen on May 23@ 1:40 @ the O'FALLON location. I did receive a text from my advisor who names is Brittin J Dolen shortly after I check in. I didn't receive another until 3:30 that day. I end up having to call and leaving a message the next day because I haven't heard anything regarding of my car. When I did finally hear from the advisor Brittin it was @ 1:52. I text back asking if he any updates yet with my car his response was be haven't contacted my extended warranty and my car haven't been diagnosed yet. I text back a little later asking if I would need to get a rental, 20 mins later I get a call after I had call and was told that they couldn't find him then he jump on the phone telling me my car was fix and he wasn't going do a claim cuz of a poor job was done before I brought it to them. I don't appreciate the way I was talk to by him so I ask to speak to his supervisor. I spoke with his supervisor and I was please with what he said. I am a value customer and I was very offended with what took place. I will not be bringing my car back to Auffenberg ever again.
