Terrible service! Jeannine was my customer service representative and she did a very poor job .
I was very pleased with the level of care I received today.
They have always washed my car when it's been brought in and that was not done today, otherwise great serv8ce

Service was very fast. The only issue we had was they didn't inflate the tires so the low tire light came on.

I have complained numerous times about a noise my car makes and now it’s jerking and just to diagnose a vehicle it’s $169 that is ridiculous I’ve been buying from auffenberg for the past 10 years and don’t remember paying for them to look at a noise my car is making! Very frustrating
Dakota made the whole experience fast and easy. He saved me from having to walk down the road to get something to drink by mentioning they had a vending machines.
