My service was good however in one day I called and left my number three different times and no one ever called me back to set the appointment. I ended up calling the salesman who sold me the car and he got me the appointment

You said my car was fixed. I drove it two blocks and the service light came back on. Brought it back. Told now that it will take between. 1500/2000 dollars to find out what is really wrong.

I have been coming to Auffenberg Nissan for nearly 8 years, and I always receive great service.
I was told that with my oil change that all fluids would be checked as part of the service. On testing my windshield wipers to clean my windshield the next day there was no fluid. I called and Jeanine apologized and said to drop by and she personally would check it and fill if necessary.
On arrival she brought the fluid and the reservoir was completely empty taking almost all of the jug she had.
Jeanine was so very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was an important customer that I will be back for future services as long as I can have her help me.
I was disappointed with the fact that the tech that did my oil change did not check the fluids as I was told they would and that made me feel as if the techs do not care about the customers vehicles which is concerning.
Car was not cleaned inside or out. I paid extra money for Car Shield. I thought since it was going to be my last time to get this service that it would be done. On top of that my car was left under a tree and now has sap all over it ???? Realize you are moving but expected better service. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Auffenberg and as of right now will probably be my last.
I can say that if I have an issue, this place is going to make sure it gets taken care of. Janine is an awesome service specialist! Each time I’ve come for a service, the experience was exceptional.
