Everything was great with the service.
I called the 1800 number for customer service and spoke to a person who was horrid. She told me the service dept was closed and she had no idea what happened to my car. She was useless and very rude. The actual interaction with Dakota at the service dept was great. 800 customer service number was the literal worst.
I was not contacted about my car’s state, whether it was good or bad. I had to call 4 days after I dropped it off to know If the car was okay and If it was ready to be picked up.
Staff were courteous and communicated very well about steps taken to keep my car running well.
Totally happy with the results of my experience. Chris was spot on with all his service suggestions and work. Will always continue to use your dealership and service.

The service was great. The servicemen were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Your new facilities are beautiful. I appreciate that they worked in my emergency for a dead battery. My only complaint is your pricing. I feel like you nickel and dime every service. I came in telling you I had a dead battery, with the starter and alternator both good. These had all been tested by a AAA battery technician. Yet I was charged $100 for a diagnostic test, plus another $39.95 for you technician diagnosis of the battery.
My Associate was wonderful. The recurring issue with the car is the frustrating part :(
