Paid for an alignment that was not done correctly - twice over the course of a 5 hour visit. Additionally, the tech.left oil marks on the hood, door and mirror and an oil stain on my driver's seat.

Dakota (customer service rep) did a great job, so my response is not regarding him. I am totally disappointed in Nissan. Having a fairly new car that is under 60,000 miles and being told that my warranty does not cover repairs, then being told the repairs cost about $1400, is absolutely ridiculous, especially when I find another shop doing the same work for under $700. I will be selling my car and not getting a Nissan in the future.
