Appts are never kept as scheduled. No solution offered to help the customer. Very poor customer service!!
Britton, my service advisor, kept in contact with me all day regarding the status of my car, and that was such a relief! He was able to tell me the final cost before I even left work for the day, and he always has a smile!
Dakota was wonderful. We discussed what was needed on my vehicle and that it was going to get a couple thousand miles on it this month. He let me know at pick up how the brakes are and everything I might worry about while traveling.
The only reason I’m not COMPLETELY satisfied, is that I was under the impression that cars were washed and vacuumed when serviced and my car was not.
Otherwise very happy with my recent visit.

I want to give a big shout out to Brittin and all of the Auffenberg Nissan service advisors. You guys are truly awesome!! I called ahead and told Brittin my car was disabled and it was being towed in for service. I also told him I would need a rental. When I arrived, he took my information, my keys, and the rental was waiting for me!! The repair took a week, but he kept me informed at all times. Having a good team of advisors helps make situations like mine a little less stressful. Thank you Auffenberg Nissan!

Didn’t expect them to have my car from 7 am till 4! It came back with spots all over it.! Not sure if it was water spots or something else you put on it?
