My husband dropped my car off for a 130 scheduled appointment to have the oil changed and tires rotated. He did ask that during the inspection if they could look out for a rattle in the rear somewhere. The service advisor gave him flack about the tire rotation as my service contract only covers so many times a year. However, I purchased these new tires from Auffenberg Nissan and was told I could have them rotated anytime I liked. He also grumbled about the request of looking for the rattle. Didn’t want anything fixed or time spent looking just asked if they could keep an eye out while doing what they needed to do anyway. We got back to the service department at 445 only to be told my car wasn’t ready. I get that things happen and people get sick but why was I not informed of a delay or a problem? One of the other service advisors said he’ll get it in right now and it will be done in 15 minutes. Was the proper inspection even done? It seems that there is always something when I have service done there. Pressured to get additional services... if it wasn’t for the service contract that covers my oil changes and tire rotations I would take my car elsewhere as I do for all other services that my car needs.

CVT problems, Car just went out of warranty 12k miles ago now the CVT is no longer working, This is a well known issue dating back almost a decade. 2013 Sentra’s seem to have big issues regarding this problem

As always....we so appreciate the kindness and courteous treatment we get at the Nissan garage in O'Fallon. I don't go to some unknown car garage to try to get things done cheaper. It's more important to me to feel that my problems are well taken care of. Rob Courtial is the person that takes care of us most times. My car drives worst with new tires. The old tires road better at all speeds. The new tires shake my car. I'm taking my car back in the morning cause I feel unsafe driving it in the condition it's in.
