My car is under warranty the arm rest is leather torn I was told that it was hit with a hard object and the door panel was stained. I did not hit it with a hard object nor did I see a stain on the door this is the third car that I have dealt with affunberg concerning warranty service. When I had my Mazda I had problems at the Mazda service I. Had been going to Mazda in St. Louis for service on my 2008 Mazda now I realize I need to go to Nissan in St. Louis mo for service it seem like I am being accused of damaging my car. I was told to call the corporate office

When i purchased my car i was told there would be rentals available when service is being done on my car. Every time I bring my car in for service theres another excuse as to why there will not be a rental available. I had to walk in the pouring rain because "they didnt have money for a rental". There is ALWAYS excuses when working with nissan and i truly regret buying a nissan vehicle.

We had the check engine light on and went to Meineke and it showed the code for the mass air flow sensor. We installed a new one but the check engine light did not go off. So We took the car to Nissan and they said we needed a new throttle body. Very expensive. The car is still idling rough. Called back the same day still waiting on a return call.
