I usually avoid going to dealers for service because of past experiences. But I was pleasantly surprised today when the charges for oil change were less than what I thought. In fact, I was able to get both the oil change and tire rotation for less than I expected to pay for just the oil change. Staff were very courteous and timely. The car wash was a bonus! I felt well taken care of and will be back.

I came in for simple air conditioner service and Was quoted $1900+ of extra. Will NEVER COME BACK!! And NEVER recommend you.

I asked for an oil change and tire rotation because I have that as my maintenance plan. The tires were not rotated. I know this because the tire pressure levels inside were the same and did not change.

Took my car to Nissan in O'fallon to see why air was coming out of my rear tire on passenger side and they said the tire was fine didn't see a nail or anything they told me it was the sensor stem on the rim I took it to rent and roll cause the stem was cheaper on Saturday and they said a nail was in it so they wouldn't fix it cause they said it was the nail not the sensor. So I'm very unhappy about that I don't know if it was a new mechanic but the person should have seen the nail. One thing for sure I didn't get that nail afterwards it was there when I took to you guys on 4-17-19.

Was told car failed coolant fluid quality/$144.95). Took it to another mechanic today that we use because planning a road trip next weekend, and was told coolant is good, nothing needed now. Owners manual also states this shouldn’t need to be done until 84 months or 105,000 miles either. Just curious why I was told my car dialed for that. Tread amount left on brake pads wasn’t written in either on my multi-point inspection. I was just told by our other mechanic that I have 40% left on front and 25% left on back.
