Chris took care of me well got exactly what I needed done to my car.
My service was fast and efficient.
They had to check my brakes because every once in awhile the brakes stick or lock up, and I also told them when you step on the pedal it squeaks! They say brakes are fine, they did diagnostic and said they drove it and all is fine…that’ll be $100. On my way home the brakes seemed to lock up and my pedal squeaks just like always, I don’t think they even paid attention to that. Because surely it just needs to be oiled! I have had 5 Nissans in the past years and currently own two, but it seems like service just keep getting worse! Don’t know if I’ll get another in the future!

Britton always takes good care of me. He even took time to figure the color of my 350z for me.
The service advisor was very friendly and helpful and got me in and out quickly.
My steering wheel was very dirty and greasy. I used 3 bleach wipes to clean it off. I also let the lady know who checked out my vehicle. If you don't have time to wipe off your mess then cover the steering wheel, seat and floor matt up.
all I asked for was to get my oil and brake fluid changed and for someone to take a look at my windshield wiper motorto make sure it wasn't broke not for someone to fix anythingwith out tellingme the cost to do so. what I got was delays and services I did not ask for. I was told one thing when I dropped off my car and another when I picked it up honest and integrity goes a far way with me. Id just like in the future for someone to listen and not try to pull a fast one on me whether I'm just a customer or if I'm an employee paying for services.
I spoke with Dakota and the customer service was amazing. I was in and out in no time. Really appreciate the the service.
No, I picked my car up Friday evening. My check engine light came on within a hour of leaving. This morning I drove from Belleville to Fairview height the air didn’t not work the car started jerking and smoking really bad I call for a tow truck the car is back at the dealership

They would usually go over the paperwork with you like they did the very 1 st time I went but maybe that was a one time thing, cause the last two times of me going to get my car serviced, the same guy that had me sign the last time was the same guy today and didn’t go over the paperwork with me. Maybe it’s just me but that’s what I thought .
I always get excellent service when I bring my car in & if something is wrong I bring it back & they fix it ASAP! Kudos
