Don't lose Jeanine. Almost 2 weeks without a car. She kept me up to date, made sure I knew what the status was, made sure u had a rental. Definitely an asset to the first face to the customer for service. <make sure she doesn't grow a beard> ???? 100% satisfied. She will be the reason I will travel an hour to buy a car and get my current car serviced. KUDOS.
