Did not recieved any copy or paperwork that was done in my truck. I called and they told me they will email me a copy but never recieved such thing! Very very disappointed!!!

A phone call is not needed. I would give tips on how to improve the experience, but get the feeling they would not want to listen and then change anything. Their custome "holding pen" was not impressive. The coffee pots were empty, there were only uncomfortable stool, they did not have a newspaper to read, it was packed and congested,..it just was not customer friendly. Call Dorschel Nissan in Rochester to find out how to make customers happy and want to come back. I had a $10 coupon and the receipt does not show it that $10 was taken off. I love our Nissan , but there was no encouragement to continue to buy Nissan. It would have been nice to have a salesman introduce themselves and tell me about the newest features of the Murano. The "greeter" at the door hardly ever spoke to anyone ...It just seemed like a lot of staff were around there, but not helping customers, personally.

I don't tend to comment or review products or services immediately after completion. Who knows how successful a repair is until the car has been driven s fair number of miles. What I can attest to is the service members who I was in direct contact with. They were very nice and very professional.
