Tarell was great and went above and beyond to help me. I had easy access to a rental. Everyone was friendly and great help.
Initially I was pretty upset because I had prearranged with Service to have the tires I was buying to be at the shop the day before my appointment because I was going to be very busy that day and did not want to have to wait for them to be delivered. But when I checked in the tires were not present and after a call to Autotire we learned that you would get them today but did not know when. So your Service Dept arranged for a rental car so I could go about my business that day. So in the end I was able to go about my business while you all waited for the tires.

You should check your system to see why your suppler did not deliver Monday - unless they did and you used the tires for some other Monday customer.

I was a drive in for routine oil change. The service manager personally wrote up the order and took care of. He was very pleasant as were the other employees I encountered. I drive an Infiniti QX80 and you definitely met my expectations and then some as enjoyed at my Infiniti dealer back in Texas.
Never looked into one of the reasons I brought the truck in for service.
Both Chris and Terrell were phenomenal in their customer service. I will continue to come back for Services because of the care and experience I received with your staff.
