I had detailed my car interior over the weekend as they never vacuum at auto butler. All they did was move all my floor mats to the trunk and then got in front and back with muddy boots, not sure why.
Very disappointed after 3 hours.
I feel it was unfair that you told me you're going to keep the car a couple of days and then get charged $35 a day for the car. Oiling a window and oiling a door $190 is too steep! The service was wonderful all the employees are very kind and courteous and helpful with the prices are way too steep
Oil change + Filter, rotate tires, check tire inflation levels, # point inspection.
I specifically came in for oil change + filter and air up tires. I was told that it was time for tire rotation and and I would get a great inspection, double what i planned to pay, but I agreed.
Left shop and drove around in immediate vicinity and lights and alarms about low tire pressure went off! So I doubled back to the shop. Guy was nice and apologetic. Aired up all four tires. I went on my way. But to be honest, I wonder if I actually received the services for which I was charged? If tire pressure wasn’t checked and filled with air, how do I know what else wasn’t actually done?
My wife and I were extremely pleased with the genuine care and service provided by Kyle and the team.
