The lack of knowledge about the extended warranty plan that I bought for my tires oil changes etc. with my gold plan should not be the **** put on me as the customer to figure out. Same service advisor, Kyle, handled the situation for me approximately one year ago. He was adamant that I did not have coverage last year and said he made multiple phone calls said I did not have coverage. If it hadn’t been for my sales person, Derek, coming out to say hi to the staff out there and noticed I was there, I would not of had this paid for. Derek remarked that was a good thing I purchased the warranty on my tires. It was just a matter of minutes before phone calls were made and the warranty was identified which covered my tires. I had the same thing occurred this time I was to pick up my car which end up being delayed because Kyle handled it once again and said that I did not have coverage call me after every phone call I made saying that it did not cover my tires. He called at me after each person that he called saying that was the end of the day and it was gonna be making any more calls knowing that was a result in another day of rental car for me. The next day the service person, Terrell,Who had taken my car information previously and had made a ticket to that *Kyle did not Referred to until I mentioned that there was a ticket written. Fortunately I received a phone call from Terrell that all of the insurance information was checked into and I had a zero balance. As we previously had discussed. My concern is that despite my multiple efforts of bringing to *Kyle‘s attention about my insurance that not only was he unaware Of this information but only called to give me reasons why other phone calls were not made to clarify and requested a credit card for me to pay the balance. Even after he knew I was going to have to rent my car another day he said it was the end of his day and would not be making any more phone calls. I want to thank Terrell for coming through and making sure that my insurance that I purchased At the time of my purchase of the car what does utilize effectively.
I’m always satisfied, Kyle always does a phenomenal job.
They let a dog in the waiting room without announcing it. Someone might be allergic or extremely scared of dogs. Although, the dog was on a leash he was able to get to people. I just think it would've been nice to ask the people in the waiting room if it was alright.
I have already been contacted and am not sure what plans I have for it now. I may take it to another shop.

The service was good and facility was nice. But the price to get new key madeand coded was etremely high! For that readon alone I doubt I'll ever do businesd with you again.
I have always had a good experience with the people in the office when I drop off my car . Just a little problem with scratching around the trim around windows and doors must be because of the car wash.
