The service was everything that I could of wanted. The loaner car was ready when I got there. The service rep was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would be very willing to share this experience with my family and friends.

The service advisor was not friendly and acted like he did not want to answer my questions. When he did answer, he did so with arrogance. I have been getting struck serviced there for years and this is the first time I have experienced poor customer service.
