A small piece of plastic cane off a while ago from inside the console. It is where you plug the USB port in. I’m told it is not under warranty. I don’t even use it. But they said the entire console would need to be replaced. I’ve had an issue with the piece that flips up in the center (since I’ve owned it) and now this. I guess I just don’t get it. And I’m so frustrated.

This was only my second repair in almost four year. So I must say I have been very happy with my truck. However it does appear that this problem is the same problem that I thought I had repaired last winter, or maybe it was the winter before. Anyway I think it is done this time. If so I’m happy.

You charged me $500 for 2 diagnostic... and then proceed to tell me that the problem was not under warranty !!!! I called Cummins and they checked into it and said it is clearly under warranty.!!! I’m tired of the dealerships relationship with the clients!!! You take advantage of the consumer under the assumption that it’s my problem when you didn’t even try to tack care of me !!! you will never have my Business after this!!!
