I was satisfied with the service of the gentleman that signed me in. I am not satisfied with Auto Butler. The inside of Mr car is leather. The doors were not cleaned. There are spots overhead that were not cleaned. Dashboard was not cleaned. The whole interior were poorly cleaned.

I purchased my vehicle at Auffenberg in 2012 and had all work up until 2018 completed through the service center at Auffenberg. In the last 2 years, the has been this emphasis on up selling that customer service has been lost. I've been told that something was leaking at one appointment (I didn't get the service to fix it), and in subsequent service that leak has never been mentioned again. That makes me leery of any diagnosis. I don't expect perfection, but an emphasis on getting what the customer needs, the experience would be better. It wasn't until the last two years that I've seen this change in emphasis. I hope that the customer again becomes number 1 and up selling as a tool for what the customer needs, not just to spend more.

After my 12-30-2919 servicing of my car, the AM reception has been very staticky. With my recent servicing (02-11-2020), I was told it cost $350 just to check the antenna. I thought to be too much and opted to not have the antenna checked.

Today, I might say was the “FIRST” time ever for me that someone at Nissan actually went above & beyond. Tarell Russell was the gentleman’s name of the one who helped me today, & Zach Thomas was my service technician. Not only was Tarell super friendly, but actually seemed genuine! I’ve not had a good experience basically since the moment I bought my car at the Nissan dealer at St Clair Auto Mall. (That’s another whole story), but I left there today happy I went there! Thank you, & I hope he receives some recognition for a job well done. CAROL D
