The original problem wasn’t fixed. They changed the brakes but the noise and rubbing sound are still there.

This place has gotten horrible as far as customer service is concerned. I’ve had cars with them for almost fifteen years and when my lease is up next year I will not buy or lease from them again. They no longer offer rental cars at no charge, it’s now $35 per day for a service that may take 2-3 hours. Not a big deal to some I suppose but I used to take the rental and run errands or head to the gym. In addition, every “additional” complaint about things like my heater now come with a disclaimer about how I’ll be responsible for the cost of the diagnostic test ($145) if they can’t find a problem. **NEWS FLASH** they never find a problem. In fact, my service technician KP spent 10 minutes telling me about how heaters are overworked during cold weather so they may heat up slower and are unlikely to ever get to the temperature on the display. Interesting... so cold weather can make heating the car more difficult?!? I had NO idea!! That still doesn’t explain why the heater warms much slower than it has in the past. But that’s ok, spring is coming and with that the countdown until I can turn the car back in and be rid of it and the lackluster folks at Auffenberg.

My vehicle is under warranty and I still had to pay $160 for inspection of the rear right wheel. I also had to wait for 2 days to get an appointment and for a whole day to do the inspection. This is unacceptable! In Carx, 5 min away from the Nissan center the inspection is free and they did it on the spot for 30min without appointment. I’m very disappointed. Not coming back to Nissan unless I have to.
