I went in on Saturday & was told they weren’t taking walk-ins. So I made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived at my scheduled time which was 9:20am, was told it may take a while since there were two cars before me. No big deal. I said I’d be waiting inside. At 11:40am I walk outside to see my car sitting there. I ask my service attendant if that was my car & he said that he was just finishing up some paperwork. According to the work order - my car was done at 11:04. I had a question when I brought my car in about the air vent & blower. The service tech said they weren’t able to fix it. The tech checked another 2020 car on the lot and it did the same thing. I asked if they were going to contact Nissan and he said he didn’t know what his boss will do.
