I thank the fee for just to look at car should be none .Unless thiers work to be done. Paid 165.oo and nothing got done could of went to firestone paid 10.00 to be diagnoised. Wait time was extremley long but service guy was very polite and did what he could to get my car looked at.

My one comment would be that I paid for battery cleaning only to find I needed a new battery. Don't know if you can't test before cleaning, but that cost me an extra $40 ...

Take too long though , I’m waiting in the waiting area for almost 2 hours. I hope it’ll take a shorter time next time, the customer service is good.

Whenever there is work done for wheel or tire replacement, my car ALWAYS is returned with the steering wheel off centered. I hate to be an OCD jerk about that but it is especially annoying to me. Cam this please be rectified? Thanks.

The car was not fully cleaned. I showed the area of the car that was still dirty to the person that took me to pick up the car. I think his name was Teryl. I am not sure I spelled his name correctly. This is the second time that this has happened. A very poor job.
