Truck running better there was a descrepancy on price online and actual. Truck was not washed would have love a verbal description on what was done. State of union on my truck. I made the coffee in the lounge as parts girl was not interested. Overall service was just ehhh

To be honest, I’m not sure why I still bring my vehicle here to be serviced. I dk t trust that you all are doing what you say you’re doing. Half the time the staff is rude, and the quality of service is just not on par with any other Nissan service center I’ve been to. I still have open recalls on my vehicle, to which the attendant initially couldn’t find. On top of that, I nearly had to pay for service that I’ve already paid for because my attendant didn’t recognize my vehicle in the system , or “ because my license plate says Wisconsin...” I got my tires from tires plus because you all are simply not about earning the customers dollar... or maybe the experience is solely my displeasure. Either way... this place needs a makeover

We were unhappy with the length of time it took to complete the job. Service department did not make us feel confident in the time frame of the job being completed. Furthermore the dealership did not accommodate us with anything for our troubles.

very good job outside but the interior still needed attention
2 hours for a previously scheduled oil change and tire rotation is bad service
3rd time of having my 2019 Nissan Titan in for navigation directing me to turn the wrong way to my destination. I hope it is fixed this time.
Only problem the people put dirt floor mats in back and got dirt all over floor. Chris that checked us in clear Up the mess.
