I made an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated, and also made an appointment to have the recall adjustments serviced as well but the recall adjustments were put on hold because of the high volume of customers, which was no fault of mine. I trusted that the services would have been provided by appointment which I had made.
I couldn’t help questioning the purpose behind me having the appointment today. My car wasn’t even looked at. I have a recall and feel what was done today could have been done over the phone.
Problem was not corrected
I was satisfied. I just wanted to leave a comment or two. Why do the service men leave the paper on the floor in the car? I noticed something I never paid attention to was in the upper right corner of the window shield, I can see something was placed on my window. I really would like to know what two components were used and what are the usage for them? I would appreciate if someone got back to me with answers.

Everything was just as expected and completed very timely
6 - 8 months ago I had similar stalling issue with car and it was supposed to be fixed after spending $800 dollars. Now car stalling issue is back another $1200 now; additionally I dropped car off running and after dealership had my car all day for some reason it start stalling all the time now. So we will see if it get repaired correctly this time
