I know for a fact they stated my tires were rotated and they weren’t. I marked them just to see and no they were not. I called the manager and he wanted me to bring the vehicle back and time wise it wasn’t good for me too. I hope they changed my air filter but who knows. How do you trust what they do at all. Very disappointed.

I really enjoyed my experience. The service advisor was polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when the advisor told me the tires I bought would be $200 less than originally quoted. I would definitely recommend Auffenberg Nissan to my friends and family.

I tried to pay my bill by phone, was transferred to 6 different people and was still unable to pay over the phone. I was told I could copy my license, my card and sign my name on a blank piece of paper, email to the office and at that time I could submit payment. I had to cancel my appointments, have a friend drive me the faculty so I could pay for the diagnostic bill. When I gave up my card for payment, I was not required to show any form of ID. Very confused as to the so called “security precautions” that was to be in place.
