I took the time off from work and rescheduled my day for the appointment for a recall part. When I got there they looked at it and then said “we don’t have the part and it could be 3 months before it comes in”. I don’t understand Why this was not checked when the apt was made. It was a real inconvenience for myself and my daughter who came to pick me up. And thru out the day of “ service” I continually got messages “ thank you for letting us service your car” “ my car is ready”. “How was your service and are you happy?” This is very interesting since NO SERVICE has been done. Hope this can help you with future apt with me and other customers.
