Horrible. Went to have a part checked out because it was messing up and my car was still under warranty. Dealership didn’t have part in stock so they had to order it. Scheduled a new appointment and went home. Dropped car off at new appointment and left only to be called hours later saying they ordered the wrong part. Went to pick my car up to drive home and when I went to put my stuff in the back I saw big bolts just laying on the floor. Turns out they “forgot” to put the bolts back in for my seat. What kind of car service just forgets that? Lucky I saw it before I got in the seat to start driving. So had to wait while they put the bolts back in. Dropped my car off for a third time once they got the right part in and they gave me a rental. When I brought the rental back the guy came back to me with an annoyed voice stating “you didn’t fill the gas tank back up” which nobody told me to do when they gave me the rental. I’ve been wasting my gas for 3 trips from THEIR mess ups so excuse me if I just assumed the place was taking care of it. Not to mention last time I came here for a service I waited and it was only supposed to be a 45min wait but turned into 3 hour wait. Horrible service and I will not be returning once my free oil changes are up.
Usually my car is washed and it was not done this day.
When my husband arrived at 9am he told them he didn’t have an appointment, the tech said there was no one ahead of him & shouldn’t take long. At 1030am my husband went to check the status of our car, and it had not moved. Was told then that there was one more car before ours.

I was wondering why u don't clean the inside seats dash etc like u used to. The outside looks good but the inside still needs to be cleaned
