Chris from service department was not professional the day my husband brought our Murano in with very little brake use. He acted like he didn’t believe my husband that we were having such a severe problem. He didn’t want to participate in providing us a car to drive while ours was in for repair. My husband was upset and didn’t feel like he was treated in the best way possible.
