Was not happy with the pricing, and could not get a loaner or renter car. With Auffenberg Hyundai I was always, every time I took my SUV in for any reason for service they let me drive out with one of their loaners free of charge. I had to inconvenience someone else to trail me to drop off my SUV and pick me back up from work to bring me back there. After spending almost 800.00 loaners should be provided at no cost. No I was not a happy customer. The service technician was very nice and polite. My complaint is not with them. These are my comments so no need to contact me. All is well with anything else.

Robert was courteous,considered what might be the problem,and told me the price. When the work was done that price did not change .That is integrity. He informed me what still should be done and I will see to it before we go on any short trips.

Took my Nissan Maxima in for an oil change today. I was amazed how quickly the Auffenburg Nissan Service Team completed the job. To top it off, they even washed my car. Now that’s “top-notch” customer care!

Loved having my service done today! It was the fastest it has ever been done! Didnt get my car washed because I have a wheel chair lift on the back.. would be nice to have it washed...
Short wait time to see someone. Service advisor Rob Courtial was very nice and personable. He got me in and done very quickly. He explained the optional services I could have done if I chose to. Very efficient.
I did not get a courtesy car wash after being insured that I would. The no wait oil change appt, took a little over an hour.
I just love auto butler they do such a wonderful job every time I take it in. When I talk to them to set it up they are so polite and so helpful. I give the Nissan people a big thank you for begin so nice all the time.
